Born in Philly, Christina travels between the East Coast and Chicago, where she is an alumna of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA).

Working primarily with digital photography, Christina has evolved from portraiture to architectural studies, and is expanding her focus on more autobiographical as well as journalistic work. She is also a digital and analogue filmmaker, and has a keen interest in utilizing the medium for anthropological subject matter. Using her further training in graphic design and typography, Christina also explores the relationship between text and image, both in filmmaking and photography.

Her current projects revolve around the chemical process of film photography, and the art of preserving botanical life in resin. Writing is an essential part of her creative process, and lyrical use of prose and poetry will often accompany her image-work.
